I am currently on New Blood exercise schedule (Monday – Pushups + Leg Raises, Friday – Pullups + Squats) and will upgrade to another exercise schedule once I can fully do level 6 Pushups (Close Pushups), Leg Raises (Hanging Knee Raises), Pullups (Close Pullups) and Squats (Close Squats).
